Joan is the CEO of Cubby House Child Care Australia Pty Ltd, a childcare facility offering a safe and nurturing environment to the children below 6 years of age in New South Wales. Striving to provide high quality and affordable early childhood services, Cubby House implements a variety of stimulating activities that directly coincide with each child’s stage in development.

For the past 22 years, Joan has utilized her education and innovation to create a program that is specifically tailored to the beliefs and values of her staff and participating families. As the CEO, Joan is also responsible for the management of all business operations constantly forging ahead to meet the needs of each individual in her establishment, children, parents and personnel. Aiming to broaden the horizons of her program, Joan attended a World Childcare Conference in Ireland, returning home to implement some more modern strategies discussed at the conference.
